The State Government has announced non-exempt stores within the Adelaide CBD will be allowed to trade until 6pm on Saturday to coincide with the events surrounding LIV Golf and the Festival Season.

The exemption to the Shop Trading Hours Act 1977, which was requested by the Adelaide Economic Development Agency, is consistent with exemptions in previous years for Adelaide Fashion Week, Fringe Festival and AFL Gather Round.
Businesses should note that employees must voluntarily accept to work the additional trading hour.
