In November 2021, Frank Zhao from Kaide Real Estate joined the South Australian Business Chamber SAYES program. At the recent graduation ceremony, he took out the Growth Award with a whopping 56 percent increase in revenue from the start to the end of the program.

My goals when I started the SAYES program was that I wanted to build a brand, to franchise this brand.

I wanted to challenge myself to become a better version of myself and create a place where my team members can grow and create value for our clients.

The SAYES program corrected a few myths I had about what is business. I now a better understanding. And that if I fail to plan, then I plan to fail.

I did not realise just how important it is to have a business plan. I can now lead my business forward.

It was the professional advice from the mentor that helped me the most with my business. They answered my questions and gave me lots of tools for solving the problems that I had.

I 100 per cent recommend this program to anyone starting their journey in business. Everyone is so willing to share. There is a lot of value in the SAYES program.”

If you want to be like Frank and grow your business, then you have until 14 November to submit your EoI via the South Australian Business Chamber website >
