Q&A for local council elections

Thursday, July 14th 2022

Q: I own a café in Henley Beach but live in Prospect, can I vote more than once?

A: If your business is in a different council area or ward to where you live, you may be eligible to vote in both the council area where you live AND the council area where your business is based.

As a resident, you are automatically included on the council electoral roll and receive ballot papers in the mail. However, as a business owner, you must enrol your business to vote and return your completed forms by Friday, 29 July 2022.
