The South Australian Business Chamber Manager of Entrepreneurs Programs Jade Henschke says that Natalie’s experience is what most of the Encore participants leave with.

“Over 11 months, participants attend workshops on business modelling, law, sales and customer service, marketing, PR, finance, leadership and entrepreneurial thinking, HR, and digital engagement.
“Participants finish the program with a complete business plan that has been reviewed by successful business owners who volunteer their time as mentors.”
