One of Australia’s longest-serving, respected and influential DJs will headline the entertainment schedule for the South Australian Premier’s Business and Export Awards on Friday 11 October.

A veteran of the global dance music scene, Groove Terminator will take control of the dancefloor following the formalities, perfectly complementing this year’s disco party theme.

With 34 years of experience playing to audiences across Australia and the world, he is set to deliver energy, excitement, and iconic house music anthems, including hits like One More Time (The Sunshine Song) and his #1 single Is it Love.

Groove Terminator’s recent Adelaide performances include History of House, a standout collaboration with the three-time Grammy Award-winning Soweto Gospel Choir at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. This show paid homage to decades past, mixing 70s disco, 80s pop, and 90s favourites.

This year’s entertainment follows the success of the 2023 awards, where one of Adelaide’s favourite party bands, The Cast, led by Chloe Castledine, filled the dancefloor with a stellar performance.

The South Australian Premier’s Business and Export Awards honour local businesses that have demonstrated excellence over the past 12 months, with 12 business award categories and 14 export award categories to be recognised on the night.

The evening will culminate in the highly anticipated announcements of the South Australian Business of the Year and South Australian Exporter of the Year.

Prepare for an evening of glamour, celebration, entertainment, and recognition, all while indulging in the finest South Australian food and wine at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
