Join the conversation - SA Water planning for 2024-2028

Thursday, August 25th 2022

Every four years, SA Water submits a regulatory proposal to their economic regulator, the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA). The proposal outlines the revenue required to operate and invest in SA Water’s business to deliver the services that customers value and expect.

SA Water is planning for their proposal for the four years from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2028, which includes comprehensive research and engagement with SA Water customers.

The survey is part of SA Water’s customer engagement and the feedback will be used to help decide what investments are included in SA Water’s regulatory proposal to ESCOSA.

Enough responses from both residential and business customers will provide SA Water with a good understanding of the services customers want SA Water to provide in the future, and how much customers are willing to pay for them.
