The debate is a rabbit hole. It doesn’t matter which side you sit on. It’s valuable to step back and use first principles thinking when considering applying it to your business. Break your problem into the facts you know are true, are undeniable, then start thinking about solutions.
The truth is, AI can be all those things depending on context. What matters is your context. Unfortunately, humans are no different. We are biased, we overhype, we make mistakes, and we are often the weakest link in security. The debate from experts informs, but it also stifles the conversation. AI is not new. We benefit from deliberate AI every day: camera detection, weather forecasts, fraud checks, machine diagnostics, spam filters, voice assistants, predictive text. These solve specific problems long before they were labelled AI. It doesn’t have to be a mysterious black box. Focus on deliberate solutions, not AI as a slogan. Start small, build confidence and expand with the improvements of this technology.
At CodeFish Studio, this is what we do. Our services help businesses not get lost in the narratives of AI, leading to practical pilots that fit your situation. It pays to treat it like any other business project. Build a clear project vision, skills, team consensus, incentives, align resources and set a clear plan. Using AI or not, our services help develop the right solution.”
