Autism SA

Autism SA is seeking community stakeholders to get involved to co-develop their Building Employer Confidence: Inclusive Recruitment project as part of the Australian Government, Department of Social Services Information Linkages and Capacity Building (ILD) program.

Through this project, Autism SA aims to build employer confidence and abilities in using inclusive recruitment practices to increase neurodiversity in the workforce.

Their goal is to create a contemporary, user-friendly digital resource that has been co-designed for employers and recruitment personnel.

It is important that neurodivergent jobseekers and employers are involved in co-designing this resource.

If you are involved in the employment process in a business or organisation or identify as neurodivergent then you are encouraged to get involved in this project.

Autism SA are seeking community stakeholders to support the development of the project.

From completing short online surveys to being a member of a national advisory group, how you can be involved is flexible to suit your needs. Involvement is through voluntary participation for which an honorarium will be offered.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a national project, empowering employers to confidently use inclusive recruitment practices.

For more information about this project and to express your interest please fill out the Expression of Interest form.

For any further enquires please email specialprojects@autismsa.org.au.

Registrations close on 1 September 2023.
