WHS Silicosis training

Raising awareness and understanding the risks associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica is crucial in protecting workers from developing serious health conditions such as silicosis, lung cancer, and other respiratory diseases.

Under WHS Laws, there is a legal responsibility to identify silica hazards, assess the level of risk, and implement effective control measures to minimize worker exposure.

Join our FREE one-hour hybrid session on 14 March where we will provide information on:

  • The awareness and understanding of the risks associated with exposure to respirable crystalline silica
  • The knowledge and awareness of PCBU duties in relation to managing the risks of respirable crystalline silica
  • How to comply with these duties

To register for this FREE session, please email your details to cindyj@sabusinesschamber.com.au.

This event has been supported through funding from the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
