Financial support 1200x850

If you or a business owner you know are under financial pressure, free help is available.

Rural Business Support (RBS) delivers free, independent and confidential Financial Counselling Services for primary producers and regionally based small business owners in SA and NT.

For metropolitan and regional small and family businesses impacted by the algal bloom, the RBS has also been engaged to provide financial counselling. Drawing on their experience in supporting businesses through floods and droughts, this includes up to 30 hours of one-on-one support to help you manage costs, strengthen your operations and plan for recovery.

An RBS representative can also help you understand if your business is eligible for funding through the Algal Bloom Small Business Support, Fisheries and Aquaculture Assistance and Resilience Grants and, if so, help you complete an application.

While the RBS programs are mostly funded by the federal and state governments, the services provided are completely independent and confidential.

With a focus on developing better business practices, financial and industry literacy, growing individual capabilities and building confidence; RBS business financial counsellors and strategic analysts co-design business programs aimed at collaboratively removing barriers to building resilient businesses.
