Sarah Glenn, People and Culture Lead
Stoller Australia
Forming part of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, Sarah will report to the Australian GM, and collaborate with the global People and Culture team. She has a Bachelor of Business Marketing and a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management, and has previously held HR roles with Gym and Fitness, RM Williams and Liebherr.
Sarah understands the importance of aligning people and culture activity with an organisation’s ‘North star’, and has demonstrated her ability to positively influence employee engagement and collaboration. Her project work spanning reward and recognition, talent and development, organisational development, systems implementation and change management was the right experience set to help with furthering activity in line with Stoller’s people centric objectives.

Mark Thiele, Operations Manager
Platinum Ops and Southern Australian Livestock (SAL)
Mark is an accomplished business leader, with over 30 years’ experience in agribusiness. During his career, he has managed large teams, consulted to several businesses at board level and since 2013 has ran his own business. From 2002 – 2011, Mark was employed by Elders as the GM of Grain, and was promoted to the Managing Director of Grain in 2007. He is a part owner of a farm in Tantanoola, and brings a wealth of wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to the team.
Platinum Ops and SAL are industry leaders in South Australian agribusiness and rural real estate, serving a wide range of agribusiness sectors including, livestock and wool, finance options, insurance brokerage, rural real estate sales and property management.
Paul Goodrich, Operations Manager
Technoweld
Paul brings with him over 25 years of B2B and B2C commercial experience across operational excellence, management, sales, service, logistics, purchasing and training, having spent 15 years working for Camso/Bearcat Tyres prior to joining Technoweld.
Paul’s previous employer describes him as “very intelligent, professional, tactical, diligent and trustworthy who will always put in the extra effort, and who is loved by everyone – from senior management, to the crew on the frontline”.
For more than twenty-five years, Technoweld has been providing highly accredited welding inspection services, technical training, quality management and consultancy to the manufacturing, defence, mining, engineering and construction industries nationally.
Alice Bullen, Company Accountant
Glynde Mitre 10
Alice completed her degree in Accounting at Adelaide University and is CA qualified. After studying, she went on to work for KPMG for three years, initially as a grad in their mid market team, before moving to the audit department for two years. She left KPMG to start a family, and went on to support a family business prior to joining Sportsmed.
Glynde Mitre 10 is family owned multi generational hardware retailer with an impressive 70 year history in South Australia. Prior to Alice’s recent appointment with Glynde Mitre 10, she worked as an Accountant for Sportsmed, supporting four partners, and she continues to support this business one day a week, while taking on this new opportunity.
David Kameniar, Security Advisor
De Stefano and Co
David has experience with the Australian Centre for Business Growth at The University of South Australia, where he was responsible for delivery and success of its Business Growth Programs. His experience with project management and stakeholder engagement across government and corporate, provided him with the experience to take on a role with De Stefano and Co. His expertise in developing sales strategies and the preparation of funding proposals and regular revenue forecasting, also positioned David well to consult to De Stefano & Co’s broader commercial client base.
De Stefano and Co is a well-known and respected defence-focused management and security consultancy that assists businesses, from across Australia and the globe, in navigating Australia’s complex defence industry environment.
