Course outline
Every job presents a unique set of psychosocial hazards that can jeopardise both mental and physical health. These risks may arise from job design, work environment, and workplace interactions and behaviours which may cause psychological or physical harm.
The psychosocial safety and employee wellbeing training course is designed to increase awareness of psychosocial hazards in the workplace and equip participants with skills, knowledge, and mindset essential for fostering psychosocial safety in the workplace. It creates a better understanding of what a healthy workplace is, what wellbeing entails and the importance of workers health. It delves into identifying psychosocial hazards and addressing these hazards using a risk management approach.
This course helps workers understand the role that they play in influencing health and safety in their workplace and supporting workplace welfare.
