What is the Chamber Change program?

Chamber Change is a vibrant and empowering initiative that brings together women from diverse professional backgrounds, roles, industries, and organisations. The program is designed to foster authentic connection, build confidence, and support women’s leadership through a rich mix of experiences, including Champion presentations on career journeys, work/​life balance, and personal empowerment, alongside interactive workshops and ​“Presenting with Purpose” coaching.

By creating space for shared learning and collaboration, Chamber Change equips participants with the tools and confidence to build meaningful networks and long-term professional growth beyond the program.

In 2025, the program expands with the launch of Chamber Change: Small Business, a dedicated initiative for aspiring women in business.

What is the Chamber Change: Small Business program?

Chamber Change: Small Business is a national leadership and empowerment program for aspiring and current females in business.

It is delivered by the South Australian Business Chamber in partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with support from the Federal Government.

What is included in the program?

Three in-person sessions over three months at The Hotel Marriott including :

• Leadership presentations from senior female business leaders (Champions)
  
• Networking opportunities and workshops
  
• Presenting with Purpose coaching
  
• Official Chamber Change accreditation on completion
  
• Networking Lunch after each session

When will the program run?

The program will run between October 2025 to December 2025.

Specific dates and session details will be confirmed once Expressions of Interest close.

What is the cost to participate?

Thanks to Federal Government funding, participation is fully subsidised — meaning there is no cost to attend the program.

Who can apply?

Women who:

• Are planning to start a business, or
• Currently own or manage a business, and
• Want to build leadership, confidence and business skills.

No previous leadership program experience is required — just a willingness to learn, connect, and grow!
