The Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020 applies to employers throughout Australia in the post-secondary educational services industry and their employees (other than trades, cleaning or maintenance staff) employed in the classifications to the exclusion of any other Modern Award.
“Post-secondary educational services industry” means the provision of education and training to persons over the age of 16 years who have exited the school education system.
