The Australian Business Lawyers and Advisors, supported by the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), have developed a survey seeking feedback on the potential development of a working from home term in the Clerks Award, and what impact this proposal would have on employers.
Who Should Complete the Survey?
The survey is open only to employers with employees covered by the Clerks Award. All other responses will be screened.
We strongly encourage eligible employers to participate and share their views. The survey will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
Survey Deadline
Please complete your response by Wednesday, 17 September 2025, to ensure your feedback can be considered in the reply submissions for the WFH matter due on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
