This week saw the launch of the South Australian Business Chamber’s new Business Recovery Webinar series. The first Webinar in the series discussed what steps businesses need to review and undertake to ensure the business can trade through to the end of Covid-19 restrictions.
This information comes at a time when business owners across the State are examining their operations closely to determine whether they can withstand the widespread economic impacts of the pandemic.
As the South Australian business community embarks on the recovery phase, it is critical that business owners gain a clear understanding of current business conditions and how likely they are to change in the future.
The webinar also includes a step-by-step process detailing how SMEs can get back to business quickly, while adhering to evolving government restrictions. Provisions for cashflow management, budgeting and forecasting are also provided — along with a clear set of economic indicators to look out for when planning ahead. Importantly, a range of effective ‘return to work’ alternatives are also discussed to combat sudden changes in social distancing restrictions should they arise.
Don’t miss the next webinar in our five-part series How to Market Your Way Back from COVID-19, taking place on Monday 18 May 2020 from 5:30pm. Our third webinar, Bringing Your Staff Back – Covid-19 will be held on Wednesday 20 May 2020 from 10:30am.
