Employer Guides

We appreciate the difficulty involved in digesting the sheer quantity of legislation passed by the Government in recent times.

In partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry we are therefore very pleased to be able to provide South Australian Business Chamber Members with series of stand-alone Educational Guides on key Fair Work Act changes.

These Guides are designed to provide digestible information to assist employers and businesses to navigate the workplace relations changes.

SABC is pleased to present our Members with the following Guides:

Members can access the Guides here.

It is important to note that these Guides are for educational purposes only and do not contain advice. The sheer breadth of the changes means that the guides cannot provide guidance for all circumstances, and we will continue to provide individual factsheets and mini-guides on more specific issues, as they arise.
