Following the success of 2025’s Biggest Mentally Healthy Business Breakfast, we want to continue the conversation, and turn insight into action.

The Chamber’s Training team is inviting expressions of interest for our Psychological Safety for Leaders training course – a four-hour, practical leadership workshop designed to equip leaders with the tools to foster safe, supportive, and high-performing teams.

Topics include:

  • Understanding and identifying psychosocial hazards
  • Assessing risks to psychological wellbeing
  • Implementing effective controls and support strategies
  • Reviewing existing processes to ensure compliance
  • Using the Healthy Workplace Model & toolkit

  • $440.00 (inc. GST) for SA Business Chamber members
  • $528.00 (inc. GST) for non-members
