Working remotely and a taxi turned delivery service are just some of the innovative ways South Australian businesses are adapting to the COVID-19 crisis.
The South Australian Business Chamber member, 13Cabs, is now offering a ‘no-touch’ parcel delivery service so customers can keep their distance while receiving their goods on time. The organisation is coordinating this new delivery operation using the 13cabs app, where customers can simply enter their pick-up address, their destination and payment details to complete their booking. Members can download the free app or call 13cabs on 13 22 27 to book their next delivery.
Another the South Australian Business Chamber member that is adapting to the pandemic is local IT company, Business Technology Partners who provides Information Technology and telecommunication solutions for SMEs. The company has adapted by allowing staff to work from home to ensure their safety while minimising trade hours to keep overheads low.
