While our world becomes faster, his top tip for running a small business is a simple one — “if there’s an issue, get across it, talk to people, get it sorted, issue resolved,” he says.
When you’re in telecommunications, it seems only natural that all problems should be solved by communicating, something that hasn’t changed since Alexander Graham Bell invented the phone.
