Established in 2005, Southern Cross Personnel is an international recruitment agency based at Hilton in Adelaide’s inner west. Director Michael Racher and his team of consultants work on behalf of employers looking for skilled staff in key industries such as agribusiness, hospitality and engineering.
Southern Cross Personnel endeavours to fill positions with local people first, with access to consultants overseas who can also assist with finding the right candidates for its clients.
Michael migrated to South Australia from England more than 15 years ago and now calls our festival state home. He says South Australia appeals to international job seekers because of our enviable weather and lifestyle.
Southern Cross Personnel has been a the South Australian Business Chamber member since 2011 and regularly attends Chamber networking events and uses our Business Advisory Services.
