Member Profile - Dare To Dream

Any business owner or leader knows that running a business can be tough — from keeping up with employer obligations, to managing costs and keeping customers happy. Many top executives rely on coaches and mentors for ongoing feedback and guidance, such as Duncan Redman, head coach at Adelaide’s Dare to Dream.

A chartered accountant who has worked for leading firms in Adelaide, Sydney, London and Hong Kong, Duncan took up coaching a decade ago and specialises in helping micro-businesses with 10 employees or less with big dreams and tight budgets.

As a passionate South Australian, he has worked with a wide range of micro businesses from a dog-grooming salon to an information technology company, to help people break-through the barriers holding them back from living their dream. He also provides one-on-one mentoring to the South Australian Business Chamber’s SAYES participants.

Duncan says the best thing about his job is seeing his clients achieve the outcomes they want for their business.
