Everybody needs to be able to get out and about, and that’s especially the case for the elderly and people with a disability.
Brazier Mobility’s motto is “creating independence”, specialising in modifying cars, vans and buses to allow people with disabilities and the elderly to drive, to get in and out, or simply to stow their mobility aids when they travel.
Formerly known as Les Brazier Special Vehicles and named after its predecessor, Les Brazier, the business was taken over by Peter Greig 15 years ago after an 18-year career at General Motors Holden’s Elizabeth plant.
Located at Edinburgh North, its wheelchair accessible vehicles and mobility products such as hand controls, steering wheel spinner knobs, multifunction steering are distributed Australia-wide.
Peter says the best thing about his job is contributing to the freedom, dignity and independence of people with disabilities.
