The Chamber Change program offers women in business the opportunity to empower, inspire, connect, and encourage one another to forge their leadership journey.

This globally-recognised program is expanding nationally and will be piloted for the first time in SA, led by the South Australian Business Chamber in partnership with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with support from the Australian Government.

What is Chamber Change all about?

From October to December 2025, participants will participate in a series of in-person sessions at the Adelaide Marriott Hotel. The program will run across three interactive sessions, each approximately three hours long, on October 24, November 17, and December 10.

Each session will include a blend of structured learning, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities.

Participants will benefit from:

  • Presentations from inspirational female leaders within the business community, including audience Q&A
  • Presenting with Purposetraining workshops
  • Collaborative discussions and networking workshops
  • A networking lunch after each session
  • Official Chamber Change digital accreditation on completion

Who is eligible to apply?

This program is ideal for aspiring female leaders and business owners who are:

  • Exploring the pathway to business ownership
  • Actively managing or operating a business
  • Seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities and expand their professional impact

Fully Funded, Fully Supported

In March 2025, the Australian Government announced its Advancing Gender Equality in Gender Segregated Industries Grant Program. The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) was successful in being awarded a grant for its Future Makers Program for Women Entrepreneurs. Chamber Change: Small Business is the first pillar in that initiative, and this program is funded by ACCI.

This program is fully subsidised, meaning there’s no cost to attend.

Chamber Change isn’t just a workshop series; it’s a unique platform to learn from industry leaders, build lasting network connections, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose.

Stay tuned for more information about this exciting initiative coming soon!
