Transform your workplace culture by joining the Youth Opportunities’ Make- or- Break Challenge” presented by Living Choice, a challenge that builds positive habits, fosters team bonding, and supports employee wellbeing while fundraising for a good cause.

Just by walking, running, or moving your own way for the month of May you can change the lives of young Australians.

Nearly 40% of young people — more than 1 million — experience psychological distress. By joining the Make- or- Break Challenge”, you will support Youth Opportunities, a charity empowering young Australians to overcome mental health challenges and thrive in education, work, and life.

With over 17,000 lives transformed, their programs reduce mental health risks and equip youth with skills for a brighter future.

How does the challenge work?

This May, participants can run, walk, or move their own way for 1, 1.5, or 2 hours a day. Whether you choose to move solo or get together with friends, family, or colleagues, it’s completely up to you.

Signing up is easy!

  • Sign up as an individual or team.
  • Decide your move goal for the month of May.
  • Share your challenge and raise funds for Youth Opportunities.
  • Get moving throughout May and track your time as you go!

It’s Make-or-Break time for young Australians — will you make a move to help empower young people to reach their full potential?
