Swan is a systems and solutions coach, specialises in coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners to get out of a state of busy-ness and overwhelm with a hamster wheel-workload towards having their business run like clockwork allowing them to focus on their business while enjoying the truly important things in their lives.

Swan comes with a background in project management in the building industry and has run her own contractor business for over 10 years now, while raising two young children.

She fully understands the pressures of looming deadlines and running a business while trying to balance family life.
