Simon recently accepted an appointment as the Board Chair (Non-Executive) of a financial services business in Indonesia, which is majority owned by one of the large Australian banks. In this role, working with the Board and Committees he provides oversight, guidance, counsel and coaching to the business to support it in maximizing the outcomes for all stakeholders. He had previously been the Chief Executive of the business for over 9 years.

Simon is customer, people and stakeholder focused with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels. He has a proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams to deliver strong sustainable values driven outcomes.
