Luke is an analytical business owner and holds the role of co-director of Adelaide Hills Lawns & Gardens (AHLG), a rapidly growing property services business. Established by Luke’s business partner Jarrad in 2013 the busines has experienced high growth for a sustained period. As such, Luke’s skills in business have been acquired through practical experience in the environment of a functioning business as well as the theoretical side through self-education and the more formal form; the South Australian Business Chamber’s own SAYES program.

Luke and business partner Jarrad are passionate about positive company culture and believe businesses have the responsibility to create more than just a ‘job’ for their employees.
