Giovanna Toldi is a high-energy, globally minded professional with over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and business development across Europe, the USA, and Australia. Having led major South Australian organisations such as the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, and RAA, Giovanna brings a rare combination of creativity, commercial acumen, and strategic leadership.

After successfully running her own consultancy for three years supporting businesses in strategy, marketing, and transformation, Giovanna founded Warmset Australia, the independent, wholly owned Australian arm of an Italian manufacturer of advanced far-infrared underfloor heating systems. Through Warmset, she is trailblazing a new category of efficient and sustainable heating technology, challenging the status quo and driving innovation within Australia’s construction and advanced materials sector.

Giovanna frequently travels to Europe to remain closely connected with industry networks and the evolving ecosystem of construction, energy and advanced materials and manufacturing, ensuring her ventures stay aligned with the forefront of global innovation.

She also serves on the SA Premier’s Business and Export Awards judging panel, contributing her strategic insight and entrepreneurial perspective to recognising South Australia’s leading businesses.

As a mentor, Giovanna offers mentees a practical and holistic perspective on entrepreneurship, business growth, brand positioning, and market entry strategy, drawing from her own experience of building a business from the ground up.
