Business owners all start out in business with big dreams. As time goes on, these dreams can be swamped with the reality of running a business. In those times they can feel overwhelmed by the day-to-day grind, unable to find the time and energy to create the business they truly desire. In fact, they often complain the business dominates their lives leaving little or no time to spend with family or to pursue passions outside of the business. Being in this situation challenges their purpose and drive to succeed.

To help business owners deal with these challenges I support them by revealing that many of the answers they seek already exist within their experience and past successes. Through strategic questioning and collaborative exploration, I help them shift perspective to see challenges as growth opportunities and milestones as achievements to celebrate.
