Our programs and services offer immediate support and dignity to people in crisis as well as information, strategies and connections to empower people to make positive changes in their own lives for the long term.
Founded in 1969 right here in South Australia by a group of pioneering Lutheran women, we have grown into a modern and dynamic organisation committed to working with people from all walks of life.
Our programs include emergency relief, financial counselling and wellbeing programs, personal/relationship counselling, homelessness services through the Toward Home Alliance, and parenting programs/support services.
We are grateful for the support from our generous donors, corporate sponsors, government partners and customers of our Op Shops, that allows us change lives and build communities across Adelaide, the Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills as well as in Alice Springs and remote Central Australia.
