Vikki is the person you can turn to when you face difficult workplace issues, such as bullying and harassment allegations, union negotiations, performance management, or the need to terminate a staff member. She has about 20 years’ hands-on experience working for South Australian companies in the areas of human resources, recruitment, training, and industrial relations. Vikki can represent your business in the Fair Work Commission and with the Fair Work Ombudsman in relation to any union matters, such as unfair dismissals, general protections claims, union disputes or underpayment claims. She can also help you with any enterprise bargaining, as well as developing documents such as enterprise agreements, contracts, IFA’S, policies and procedures. Vikki guides the South Australian Business Chamber members to help them comply with any relevant workplace legislation, and helps them interpret and apply the Modern Awards, including calculating employees’ past and present entitlements.
